The "Shadow,"  is a term in Jungian psychology used to describe aspects of ourselves that we  don't recognize as parts of ourselves.  However, these shadow aspects are often reflected back to use through the personality traits of others that we label negative.  In "DANCING WITH THE SHADOW."  I suggest a joyous embrace of our dark side.  Self acceptance of our own imperfections allows genuine compassion to surface in our interactions with our self & others.
