        Unique to the expressive arts is its non-verbal  capacity to unleash hidden blocks, release suppressed potential, ignite meaningful avenues for problem solving, and provide a framework to direct new energies into the formulation of previously unrealized creative solutions. 

          The in)-(tu)-(it-ability Workshops offer participants the opportunity to simultaneously tap the special capacities of problem solving genius residing in both the right and left hemispheres. Using both art and writing techniques a metaphorical dance emerges where aspects of one's Self, engage in non-ordinary inner dialogues.

           The studio offers an environment where judgments are suspended. former limitations can be recognized, understood and embraced. And provides a   safe space  where expert guidance offers opportunities to recognize re-frame and release old patterns.

   IT IS MY INTENTION to provide a safe environment to, " allow" the ever evolving process of BECOMING to unfold,  and  act as a  FACILITATOR  for the discovery and growth of a strong sense of connection to INNER KNOWING that offfers a grounding integrity of purpose to honor ourselves and our world.
